We love to cook but we aren’t very adventurous when it comes to feeding our cats and dogs. We like to keep their diet consistent and only adjust it every so often, gradually. Even though our rescue animals main meals don’t change much, we often try out new treats. These keep our paw babies excited and also help a lot with training our Corgi teeny.

At Juns Kitchen however, they have created an awesome video of them cooking a home made fish and jelly terrine for their cats. We love how patient their cats are as they watch the tasty looking Japanese broth recipe being prepared.

This recipe is called Nikogori and one of the main ingredients is natural jelly from fish bones. It’s usually served to people but Juns kitchen made some changes so their pets could eat it. You have to be careful when preparing food for cats, so always adjust any recipes you find and check with a vet to make sure they are suitable and safe.

It’s making us hungry watching this tasty looking meal being prepared and we dare not show Teeny, Lychee and Tiger, they might want to jump into the screen!. Watch this meal being prepared below and reply to let us know your favourite cat recipes.
